Sange Village, located in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, is a native village with obvious features of northern Jiangsu Province. Local economy is underdeveloped and farmers'income is relatively low. The local wine industry has a long history, and the handicraft industry has a certain foundation. Due to the lack of brand effect, village property is basically in a state of unsalability. GOXUS embarked on the GOXUS Design of Sange Village, from the top positioning, to the functional framework, to the operation mode, aesthetic design, to achieve the brand upgrading of the village. Sange Village is an important practice of GOXUS village brand design.

Top Positioning: International Rural Nature School

Sange Village is located in the international rural natural school. It gathers and develops the rural parent-child natural education with the theme of local culture and the support of 'rural property, rural crafts and rural life'. Through the form of Yanghe Village Natural Museum, it presents a deep experience system of Chinese rural culture, creates a 'slow village' living community, and exports the 'Yanghe people's rural life style'.


Functional Architecture

The ecosystem of Sange rural natural school includes five parts: folk culture exchange exhibition area, folk culture experience area, Aboriginal ecological area, leisure and vacation living area and forest natural education area.

Cultural exchange exhibition area, including five functional systems: exhibition center, operation center, design center, Township creation center and exchange center, is the window of Yanghe ecological, natural and human history exhibition. The complete functional system enables the public to fully understand the local history, culture and customs.

Folk culture experience area, including apricot garden, folklore workshop, shared canteen, artist workstation, non-legacy experience five functional systems, is in the local culture, property, crafts, life display experience output window, enhance interactive experience while allowing the public to fully understand the cultural history.

Forest natural education zone, including Lulin, art camps, learning centers and sports venues, allows the public to receive popular science education while contacting nature, and provides learning space and activities such as art experience, adult learning centers and international summer camps. It is an ecological zone of popular science education.

Leisure and vacation living area, including children's education center, health center, home-built accommodation and solar canteen, provides a perfect education system for children, including recreation, curriculum and services; provides various types of home-built accommodation for tourists to facilitate the travel of various types of tourists; and the public can participate in planting, grain transportation. Transport, crop irrigation, manual experience and other activities, experience farming culture, feel the joy of labor; the solar-saving canteen will provide different kinds of food at different seasons, popular science solar knowledge, so that visitors can enjoy food while learning health knowledge.

Aboriginal people's ecological zone includes six functional systems: rural residential quarters, natural experience, production and processing, infrastructure, party building and farming experience. Preserving the unique village culture, inheriting the natural farming of 'advocating nature, pursuing simplicity, harmony and coexistence between man and nature', continuing the slow life of traditional rural dwelling like pastoral songs, cultivating local industries, and building beautiful homes.


Operational model

Through the establishment of community feedback mechanism of natural schools as public service platform, Sange Village combines the skills training, order processing of community cooperatives with the quality monitoring, brand management, creative rural alliance design and channel construction of rural natural schools to form a circular model. Among them, 40% of the revenue is fed back to local community participants through 'community villagers'cooperative organizations'; 40% of the revenue is returned to creative development and promotion teams through external cooperative organizations (social enterprises); 20% of the revenue is used for project management through rural natural schools (10%) and community public utilities (10%).

At the same time, three Ge village set up a creative rural cultural asset operation and management institution to return to the Chinese rural life in the form of 'Internet + rural creativity'. Creative Rural Cultural Assets Operations and Management Institutions include Sange Market, Agricultural Intelligence and Rural Travel.

The purpose of Sange Market is to reconstruct the traditional customer relationship and realize the 'hand-in-hand' between rural and urban families, forming village supply and marketing cooperatives that buy and sell rural e-commerce, village cooperatives that grow and support franchise orders, and village self-run shops of self-produced and self-sold family online stores.

Agricultural ingenuity mainly carries out special services and customization of designer products, including customization services of agricultural products, customization services of manual products and designer brands of creative products.

Rural travel is aimed at deepening the understanding of popular culture and strengthening the experience of local customs and customs. It includes the discovery of rural travel by learning local culture and knowledge, the experience of rural life and vacation, as well as public art visits to appreciate landscape art.

Aesthetic Design

Photosynthetic Planet provides a wide range of system-wide aesthetic design, such as planning, architecture, logo system, guide system, brand stores, online platforms, publicity materials, etc.


Brand Output

Sange Village-Sange products are exported by means of off-line park products plus on-line export products. Off-line park products include direct consumption (apricot garden, residential quarters, rural residential accommodation, solar-saving canteen) and customized curriculum (campsite, natural school curriculum products, farming experience, children's education center), on-line product packages. It contains agricultural products, handicraft, daily necessities, furniture, ginkgo jewelry and wine.

Based on the overall design work of GOXUS, the company also participates in the design, consultation and material procurement management of the project in order to make the project landed on the ground with high quality. The schedule of project management of Sange Village is attached.

In terms of design, GOXUS provides a variety of system-wide aesthetic designs such as planning, architecture, lighting, greening, logo system, guide system, brand stores, online platforms, propaganda materials, etc. In consultation, GOXUS provides a comprehensive management consultancy service. In terms of material management, GOXUS provides high quality material suppliers and procurement channels for special materials to ensure the quality of the project and environmental protection requirements.
